I made a whole Discord server kit from one HTML file
My Discord server's whole kit, from the animated icon to the role icons, lives in one HTML file. A Playwright script renders every board at 2x, shrinks it to Discord's exact size and builds the GIF. Here's the pipeline, Discord's real limits and boost levels, and the three bugs I hit.
