Three things that help
Bring the problem, not a spec
Rough is fine. Turning a rough idea into a clear plan is the first part of the job.
Links beat long descriptions
Your app, a doc, a Loom. Anything I can click tells me more than a paragraph.
Expect straight answers
If it's a two-minute fix, I'll just tell you the fix. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
Not a phone person?
Write it down instead.
The contact form works just as well. Sometimes better.
